The Malayalam film "Ayyappanum Koshiyum" starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, is set to be remade in Hindi by John Abraham.
Actor-producer John Abraham is expected to remake the Malayalam film "Ayyappanum Koshiyum," starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, in Hindi. Under his banner JA Entertainment, Abraham is known for making films such as "Vicky Donor," "Madras Café," "Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran," and others. Sachy wrote and directed the Malayalam-language action thriller set for release in 2020."We have the remake of Malayalam film 'Ayyappanum Koshiyum'. We are in the process of putting it all together. It is a beautiful film," Abraham told PTI.
Aside from this film, the 48-year-old actor is also producing 'Tara vs Bilal,' a slice-of-life comedy starring Harshvardhan Rane and Angira Dhar. “A film called ‘Tara vs Bilal' is in the works, and we are making it. It's a lovely slice-of-life film that's still true today. Harshvardhan Rane and Angira Dhar star in the film. It will begin this month or in May. Samar Shaikh is the director,” Abraham told PTI.
In Sanjay Gupta's "Mumbai Saga," Abraham was last seen. On March 19, the film starring John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi will be released in theatres. Between the 1980s and 1990s, the action-crime thriller depicted the transforming face of the city. Suniel Shetty, Mahesh Manjrekar, Kajal Aggarwal, Rohit Roy, Gulshan Grover, and Prateik Babbar also star in Mumbai Saga. The film transports us back to a world of police, gangsters, deception, betrayal, and crime set in the 1980s and 1990s. Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar of T-Series, Anuradha Gupta of White Feather Films, and Sangeeta Ahir are among the producers.
Meanwhile, "Pathan" and "Ek Villain Returns" are two of Abraham's upcoming films. He's still looking forward to the arrival of "Satyameva Jayate 2" and "Attack," both of which are set to hit theatres this year.
