Malayalam youtube channels started getting attention from 2018, But the real boom started when Karikku started getting trending continuously.
Here I am listing my favorite websites which you should watch if you are fed up with all those Commercial Crap aired on the TV.
1. Karikku:
If you are not familiar with this channel you must be from some other part of India. Karikku is simple but powerful, their video hits a million views overnight despite their content. Karikku has a separate fan base. All the others in this list don't even come close to their views or rating. They have also featured in YouTube's favorite 250 channels in India.
You can see this through the subscriber count, its close to 3.2 million.
2.Alambanz:
A personal favorite of mine, Especially Sabastian. This has a vibe of different levels. Alambanz literally concentrates around Amal Thaha and Sebastian and their so-called adventure. Despite there, humble start thaha and Sebastian has a fan following over different media. They have been cast in various movies and were also collaborated with Karikku. Vines are their real taste but now they concentrate on bringing content easily enjoyable for all.
They have almost 300k subscribers on youtube.
3.Ponmutta:
Ponmutta is a Malayalam Youtube Comedy Channel Created by Liju Thomas. Ponmutta has a hidden gem, quality, and movie-like background which makes it more preferred among common man. As liju was inspired by Jordindian and Timeliners, he constantly tries achieving such a standard in Malayalam sketch comedy. They are a constant trending topic on youtube as well as Instagram. Ponmutta has over 250k+ subscribers
4.MeenAviyal
Archana Kavi the Malayalam actress and Eastern Currypowder worked together to bring such a good series that it is worth watching for all generations. Relationship of A brother and an independent Sister is so hysterical that you could relate this to your siblings.
5.kallummakkaya
Bigg boss fame Basheer Bashi worked to prove himself. This is worth your time.
6. We Are A Sambavam: Celebrate Life & Laughter
This series is highly relatable for all married couples. This is also one of my favorites. Even though they include other content along with this, beautiful moments are created along the way
